You can permanently delete your Doing Live account (com.doing.live) and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains both routes, exactly what is removed, what we are required to keep, and how long it takes.
Delete In-App (Fastest)
This route takes effect immediately and does not require you to contact us.
- Open Doing Live and tap the Profile tab.
- Tap Settings, then Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Review the summary, confirm with your password or verification code, and submit.
Request Deletion by Email
Use this if you can no longer sign in — for example if you lost access to your registered phone number.
- Email privacy@babylive.xyz from your registered email address, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request – com.doing.live".
- Include your Doing Live user ID or username, and the phone number or email you registered with.
- We verify the request is genuinely yours. We may ask one or two questions only the account owner could answer — this prevents someone else deleting your account.
- Once verified, we confirm by email and begin deletion.
We acknowledge every request within 72 hours and complete verified deletions within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
- Your profile — name, username, bio, profile photo, date of birth, gender and country.
- Your contact details — email address and phone number.
- All content you posted — live stream recordings, reels, photos, stories and comments.
- Private messages you sent, and your chat history.
- Your followers and following lists.
- Your level, VIP status, badges and any unused coin balance.
- Device identifiers and push notification tokens linked to your account.
- Approximate location data associated with your account.
What We Retain, and Why
A small amount of data survives deletion because the law requires it, or because removing it would harm other users. None of it is used to contact you or rebuild your profile.

Before You Delete
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once it completes we cannot restore your account, content, followers or balance — not even on request.
- Coins and gifts are forfeited. Unused coins, gifts and VIP time are lost and are not refundable.
- Withdraw earnings first. If you are a host with a pending balance, request your payout and wait for it to clear before deleting.
- Cancel subscriptions separately. Deleting your account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription — cancel it in the Play Store under Payments and subscriptions, or billing continues.
- Your username is released and may be registered by someone else afterwards.
- Messages you sent to others may remain in their chat history, in the same way a sent email stays in the recipient's inbox.
Delete Some Data, Keep Your Account
You do not have to delete everything. In Profile → Settings you can:
- Remove individual streams, reels, stories or comments.
- Clear your chat history.
- Revoke camera, microphone, photo or location permissions.
- Turn off push notifications.
If you want a copy of your data before deleting it, email privacy@babylive.xyz and we will send you an export within 30 days.
